Since 1989 Pet-Tekk has been manufacturing unique and creative reptile decor right here in the United States. The tradition continues with its unique line of MagNaturals including magnetic ledges, plants and hides. In 2014 Scott Wenguer took over ownership of Pet-Tekk. With over 25 years of experience in wholesaling, keeping and breeding reptiles Scott has continue the tradition of bringing Innovative products to Pet-Tekk.
Most recently in 2018 Pet-Tekk came out with very realistic line of tillandsias, bromeliads, picture plants, venus fly traps, orchids, and succulents. Unless you touch them you would not know that they are synthetic.
In the near future Pet-Tekk will introduce several unique products that are currently in development and we will continue to make 100% of our products in the USA

Shipping and Delivery
Pet-Tekk Products prides itself on shipping orders quickly and accurately. Pet-Tekk uses two main shipping carriers, the United States Postal Service, (USPS), and FedEx. With all orders you will receive a either a delivery confirmation or tracking number to follow the progress of your order. We are currently needing a 3-4 lead time to ship orders. This will change to a 1-2 day lead time by spring 2015 . Delivery times will depend on your location as all orders ship from Van Nuys, California.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Call us at 818-781-3892 or e-mail [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our service.
